During the design phase of a customized product we work closely with the customer to ensure that the technical characteristics satisfy as much as possible the customer’s need.

We provide to our customers a specific and continuous information for a correct and safe use of our cranes. The trainings are carried out at our premises and after it we issue a qualifying certificate for the use of our cranes.

We are always available for a meeting, to understand the real needs of the customer, after that a feasibility study is carried out submitting the best solution.

The delivery of the machine to the customer is not our final step, we can provide the regular and the extraordinary maintenance and the overhaul, our spare parts are available for decades, we are presently supplying some for our machines sold in the sixties. Our technicians provide telephone assistance daily and at any time and thanks to the new telemetry technology applied to the new models of cranes it is possible to resolve almost all the electronic problems. We can also count on a good number of authorized workshops in various and on our skilled technicians prepared to travel all over the World if necessary.
