Policy for the quality

MARCHETTI AUTOGRU's strategic goal is to constantly improve the quality of the products it offers on the market, pursuing customer satisfaction and complying with the provisions of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, respecting all applicable mandatory requirements. Particular attention is paid to the management of issues relating to workplace safety and sustainability.

The Quality Policy therefore expresses the General Management's desire to achieve the following fundamental objectives:

  • Maintain and, where possible, further improve the image that the Company has achieved on the market;
  • Improve support for our products;
  • Prioritise the safety of both our employees and users of mobile cranes
  • Improve the professionalism and level of ‘specific culture’ of our employees;
  • Comply with mandatory regulations
In order to achieve the above objectives, MARCHETTI AUTOGRU has defined appropriate indicators for monitoring the management system and has defined its Quality Policy on the basis of three main guidelines:

1. Towards the market

  • Our company must prioritise customer satisfaction, including by systematically analysing developments in the context in order to identify customers' expressed and unexpressed expectations, as well as meeting the expectations of other stakeholders;
  • Systematically analyse risks and opportunities, including as support for the development of new, increasingly innovative models, and identify improvements to products already in the catalogue;
  • Implement actions to support the defined sustainability objectives, with particular reference to the provisions of the UN 2030 Agenda;

2. Towards the Company

The structure of our Company must operate in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Identification of activities deemed relevant for compliance with contractual quality requirements, with the aim of keeping them under control and improving them;
  • Dissemination of the Quality Policy to all employees, so that they are empowered to comply with and apply mandatory regulations and company procedures;
  • Enhancement of human resources (with particular attention to increasing the level of flexibility/skills of technical staff), to stimulate their motivation and participation in the improvement of the entire Company;
  • Maximum attention to risk aspects;
  • Increasing attention to the real and figurative costs of the company.

3. Towards suppliers

Since the Supplier is a fundamental component in achieving the product quality that our Company aims to pursue, it is necessary to ensure that:

  • Seeking out and qualifying suppliers of products considered to have an impact on quality, establishing a relationship of mutual cooperation and trust with these suppliers in relation to mutual business interests;
  • Monitoring the performance of strategic suppliers with a view to improving the products and services provided to our customers (NC monitoring), collaborating with them and motivating them to continuously improve the quality of their supplies.
Specific objectives and commitments regarding quality policy and resource allocation will be defined during periodic Quality Management System Review meetings.
